Robin has been a Registered Nurse for over 38 years, and has worked as a nurse in cardiac, behavioral and school nursing, She has seen the impact stress plays on the body, mind and spirit. Over the last 10 years she began a journey of Holistic Wellness and saw the importance of proactive self care to help reduce stress in the body. The question: What if people could stop a disease process by learning better ways to deal with their stress, kept coming up for her. Biofeedback was the answer. Robin received her Certification as a Biofeedback Specialist in 2019 and ReNew Biofeedback was started. Her practice has growth organically and she now sees clients at Meridian Integrative Wellness and Foxhollow Farm. She has 2 websites you learn about her: meridianiw.com and renewbiofeedback.com. Robin loves to network in her community and nationally and has shared what biofeedback is on 3 podcasts. Robin is a reiki master and loves to add Tibetan bowls, essential oils and gratitude as she works with her clients to support them.
