Carol Wilcock is a Registered Nurse of 30+ years with a passion for wellness. She worked at St. Peter’s Hospital as a float nurse for 10 years, a physician office nurse, home oxygen clinician, and Instructor at UM Helena and at Carroll College. She began a self-study program 20 years ago in Complementary Medicine. She finished her Master's Degree in Nursing in 2008 and Doctorate in Alternative Medicine in 2010. She began her own business in 2002 with advanced forms of biofeedback systems and continues to use these modalities today and recently finished her certification as an Instructor. She's a member of the American Holistic Nurses Association where she was introduced to Dr. Brian Luke Seaward and his Stress Management Instructor course in Boulder, CO. This is where she began looking for more technologies, clinicians, disciplines and modalities that create and promote health with a focus on creating healthy people rather than focusing on diseases. These technologies include Enhanced External Counter Pulsation or EECP for heart disease, Aqua Chi, InLight, Hwave Electrical Stim, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy along with cooperation with many other practitioners in a variety of disciplines. She is the CEO and founder of Dynamic Health Technologies. She also loves playing piano and violin, singing, dancing, all outdoor activities, and most of all her family consisting of her husband of 30 years, 4 children and 2 grandchildren.

Her journey began in the 1970s with Vegetarian Catering, igniting a lifelong passion for studying the human body and exploring natural self-healing solutions. Penny's educational background is as varied as it is impressive, encompassing Art, Energetic Medicine, Naturopathy, Nutrition, Colour Therapy, Reiki, and Healing and Quantum Energy. Currently, Penny balances her time between her roles as a QUEXED practitioner and an Eductor/SCIO Advanced Master Trainer at the International Academy for Quantum Training. Her internationally recognized training paves the way for IAQT certification. As an author, she has contributed significantly to the field with her works, including "New Wave in Energy Medicine," "The SCIO the Best in Energetic Medicine IAQT Manual," and the "OMNIS Manual." Penny's foray into healing was personal, driven by her battle against CFS. With over 22 years of experience in Energy Medicine, she has also served as a nutritionist and naturopathic practitioner in England. Her teaching career, which began in 1973, reflects her passion for imparting knowledge, greatly enriched by her professional relationship with Professor William Nelson. Regularly lecturing alongside Professor Nelson and working in his Budapest clinic, Penny has established herself as a world-renowned lecturer and international speaker.
